Closets by Design is expanding and adding two dependable individuals to our Production Team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company. We invest in training the right people and promote from within.

What You'll Learn & Do
- Manufacture custom closet and cabinet components
- Operate professional woodworking machinery and production equipment
- Assemble and finish high-quality custom products
- Learn our product lines and manufacturing process
- Follow company safety and quality standards
This is hands-on work where attention to detail and consistency matter.

Experience with woodworking tools or machinery is helpful but not required — we train the right people.
Basic Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills including fractions
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
